“Strung between buildings at Oxford Circus, this enormous net sculpture is named after one of the astonishing impacts of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in 2011.”
Heading to do a bit of shopping down Oxford Street to my surprise I came across this curious sight and by chance I happened to have my camera and tripod with me, so I set up and got this time lapse of the colourful cloud, freezing my b*tt off in the process. I got chatting to someone working on the installation and they explained that this was the day before the main event and they were just running through last minute checks, looked good enough to me though!
