Japan Revisted: Part One of Four
Tokyo 2011: Offcuts – Part One
This project has been on the back burner for a while so to speak and I’m glad I can say I’ve finally got around to doing it!
So I’ve been compiling the rest of my Tokyo trip photos from 2011 into these next four portfolio items and it has been quite a task – a lot of the these extra photos were scattered around on other various photo-sharing websites and felt they needed to be grouped together here and all of those photos plus any new one’s that I haven’t published before needed some serious post processing done to each and every one of them, why you ask? I explain below…
Upon arrival in Tokyo I brought my first decent camera with zoom lens and unfortunately no idea how to use it! as you can see in all my Tokyo trip photos my composition and picture quality skills were not as they are today – imagine me giving you a SLR camera with all the dials and knobs for the first time when you’ve been used to taking snap shots with an Instant Polaroid and your get what I’m trying to explain… nonetheless though these are all memories preserved on digital film and have been treated as such and I hope you enjoy seeing some of the wonderful sights I saw of the amazing Tokyo, Japan.
