The Steamboat Stadt Luzern is the flagship of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company fleet, this iconic paddle steamer was built in 1928 and hosted Queen Elizabeth II in May 1980 among its numerous illustrious guests
This impressive structure outside the entrance to Lucerne's main railway station is the 'Torbogen Luzern' and is all that is left from the original railway station built in 1856!
